Upon the company's founding, Ricardo Martinez was appointed Director of Operations. Ricardo holds an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental Science and Technology from Austin Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Climate Change from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. He is joined by Project Manager Ramón Peña A., who earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Energy Systems Management. Together, their complementary education, technical expertise, and industry experience provide the leadership and innovation that drive every project.

With more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Ricardo has built a strong foundation in field operations, logistics, estimating with RStudio, architectural drafting using AutoCAD, collaborative design review through Bluebeam Studio, and high-rise project management, providing a comprehensive understanding of every stage of project delivery.

His expertise spans the entire building envelope, with specialized knowledge in commercial waterproofing and structural glazing systems, including unitized curtain wall, stick-built curtain wall, storefront, and ribbon window systems. This unique combination of technical knowledge and practical field experience enables Western Sealants-Pro, LLC to deliver fully integrated building envelope solutions that provide long-term protection against water intrusion while preserving structural integrity and architectural performance.
